Didn't Spend It All?

Any leftover credit on your RFID wristband can be refunded after the event. Simply follow the post-event instructions provided on-site or online to claim your refund quickly and easily. No hassle, no waste—just peace of mind.

• There is a $3.50 activation fee per wrist band
• Bonus credit is only available with prepaid vouchers purchased before the event.
• Paid credit must be used before bonus credit becomes available.
• Unredeemed prepaid vouchers may not be eligible for refund.
• When applying for a refund, there is a $2 refund fee.
• Keep your wristband until after the event in case you wish to apply for a refund.
