Join us at one of Queensland’s most iconic rodeo events, held at the Dayboro Showgrounds just 46km from Brisbane.
We’re excited to welcome food vendors and stallholders to deliver a great experience for thousands of attendees.

This application includes:
✔ Your stallholder registration
✔ Your menu upload (required for the RFID cashless system)
✔ Your bank details for payouts (getting you your money!)

💳 HOW PAYMENTS WORK (RFID SYSTEM)
Dayboro Rodeo uses a RFID cashless payment system.
This means:
Customers pay using RFID wristband.
All sales are tracked digitally
You receive direct payouts to your bank account
👉 You MUST provide correct bank details to be paid.
🍔 YOUR MENU (REQUIRED)
You will be asked to upload your menu using our template spreadsheet.
