Dayboro Rodeo RFID Refund Instructions – Have you got unused credit?

Thanks for being part of the 2025 Dayboro Rodeo, what an incredible day it was!

If you have unused paid credit remaining on your RFID wristband, you can now apply for a refund. Please do not throw away your wristband – the 14-digit ID on the back is essential for processing your refund.

Refund Window:
From 12:00 PM Tuesday, 6 May until 12:00 PM Friday, 9 May
No refunds can be processed outside this period.

How to Claim Your Refund:

  1. Go to https://wallet.tapaygo.com/events/646
  2. Add your 14-digit Wristband ID (found on the back of your wristband) using the ADD TAG button at the bottom of the page
  3. Select 'Claim Refund'
  4. Enter your bank details
  5. Click Submit (Request Refund)

Important Info:

•Refunds apply to unused paid credit only – bonus credit is not refundable
• Refunds will not be processed during the event or after the portal closes
